A couple weeks ago we got a deeper look into the name Hip Realty Group and what Honor meant to each team member. Today we are going to focus on the letter “I”, which stands for Integrity! Having integrity is an essential part of each day here at Hip Realty, and we strive to show integrity throughout the entire process of buying and selling real estate. Take a look at the quotes below to see what integrity means to us!
Integrity comes from within and sets apart the mediocre from the exceptional. Integrity in the home, workplace, community and other areas of life begins with having respect & honor for oneself.
To me integrity is the person I am around others or alone. It is the internal consistency of character and moral code.
Integrity means doing what you know is right even if you don’t want to at that exact moment.
“Integrity is what you do when no one is watching.” I love this quote because it just puts something that people tend to overthink in really simple terms. Integrity has always been at the top of my core values, even before getting into Real Estate.
To me integrity means to live in the truth. It’s not always easy or convenient. But being an authentic, transparent person will draw the best towards you and keep what’s not meant for you away from you. For my clients that means that I am always going to keep my promises to them and I am always going to help them make the most sound and best decisions.
To me integrity comes from within. It’s being honest with myself and others and doing what I know is right no matter who is watching.
Integrity means holding yourself to a standard of strong character and high morals in private as well as in public.
Having integrity is to be proud of yourself and take accountability for the things you do every day. It’s important for you to be happy with the state of your life, and personal integrity is the tool to get there.
Thanks for following along with what integrity means to Hip Realty Group! It’s an important part of what we do and we are always trying to improve. Happy Wednesday!
