Are there days that you feel tired of your home? Change is always good to freshen up your space and give you a new feeling of home. This blog post is dedicated to giving you new and easy ideas for your home.

The pillows on your couches can start to blend into the surroundings. Getting some new pillows with a pop of color or a different design can work wonders in your living space. Geometric patterns give more of a modern vibe, and something like embroidery brings in elegance. There are many options for pillows!
2) Update Paint

New paint is a cheap way to change the entire feel of a room. Accent walls are also a great trend! There are lots of different colors that are in style for 2021, like soothing blue greens or even a dark gray accent wall. This is also a great activity to do with your family if you like to DIY!
3) Decorate with Candles or Plants
It’s amazing what a small bouquet of flowers can do for your kitchen or room. Fresh flowers bring a room to life and can even make you feel like your life is slightly more together (who doesn’t love that?). Candles are also a great way to add a small decoration and freshen up the smell of a room.
4) Rearrange the Furniture

This seems like the obvious thing to do, but never underestimate the power of changing your furniture around! Something as simple as switching the couches or turning your bed can transform your home into something brand new. And the best part...it’s free!
5) Rug Power

Putting in a big rug is the perfect way to add something new to your space. You might be surprised how much the vibe of the room changes when the floor changes. A rug looks especially great with wood floors because of the contrast.
All of these tips are just scratching the surface of what you can do to freshen up your home. Other ideas are to wash windows, dress up some furniture, or put up some new photos! We know the past year has been rough with a lot of time spent at home, so hopefully this helps you feel excited about your home again! Happy Wednesday!
