Babe’s chicken has a mission of making people really feel at home in their sit down restaurant. Paul and Mary Beth Vinyard opened their first restaurant called Bubba’s located in Dallas in 1981. Then they opened Babe’s chicken in honor of Mary Beth’s nickname, “babe.” Babe’s prides themselves in picking the highest quality meat and ingredients.
